Ran Mech Attack in 28mm at Tabletop Minions Expo on Saturday.  A tiny convention, but all 8 spots filled up as soon as I yelled across the room!

So much goodness between my last post and this one!  Great to see so many innovative tables and *ahem* models being used.  I love me a good game with toys or paper templates!

From me?  More Castles in the Sky from Osprey Games.  This time, I have a different opponent than my usual Campaign foe.  I am the French up against the Americans somewhere over South America.

This ship was paint by my friend The Painted Dwarf.

You can see more pictures and read all about the battle at my blog, if that is your thing.

We played a 28mm Anglo-Zulu War game yesterday, using Fistful or Lead: Bigger Battles.  It was quite the fight!  200 Zulus figures against 50 British at the fictional Bender's Drift.

Played three matches of the new DungeonBowl. I was skeptical of the game using BBS rules and not Blitz Bowls, but all three were close and a lot of fun. So, despite going 0-3 in three games, I walked away a fan. I’ll be looking to bedazzle the set some more in the coming months.

Great looking games since I last posted.  Very inspiring.  Got to play more of the Indo-China campaign we have going for Castles in the Sky.

You can read up on it all at the blog if you are so inclined.....

Another club night, more games of Kings of War
My Khorne narrowly defeated my friend's Slaneesh, both using Varangur lists. My friend setup the simple scenario that had me in the center of my side defending against two halves advancing from both ends.  In the end the minimal terrain still ended up affecting his advance more than mine, allowing me too focus on one of his forces and that was enough to tip the scales in my favor.

Picture shows end of first turn.

That table looks very nice.

That dungeon is superb Elbows. Is Merciless in the wild yet?
