I can’t tell from the photo, what are the buildings made of? Something similar would fit into my 10mm Seven Years War games.

Thank you, the buildings are paper models from Wargame Vault. They are stuffed with cotton balls and white glue which makes them surprisingly sturdy and heavy believe it or not. The castle ruins are from Noch railroad accessories. It's all in 15mm Blue Army vs Red Army circa 1895. The buildings can be sized to any scale you want and yes they would be perfect for 7YW.
