Lovely, just lovely. I am just a little jealous of that beautiful army, this coming from someone with Danish ancestors so Swedish armies like this should fill me with dread  ;)
What size are your bases? They seem like the perfect size for me, not to big but still with enough room for diorama-ish basing.

Another of my favoured period, buyed hundreds of plastica pieces, never started. Your army is amazing!

Thanks gents, Costanzo I reckon thats me about 70% finished for great Northern War. fantail, my chum Mark is doing Danes and Norwegians, about 15 battalions in total. The bases are 80mm deep and 50mm frontage. It seemed a bit too deep to start with but it was the only way to protect the figures with the long bayonets and as you say gives a bit of room for diorama.

Thanks very much gents, light on Cavalry still but hoping to fix that over the summer with the releases from Warfare.

fusilierdan a couple of us have Blogs for GNW mine starts last November right from figure selection and basing if its of interests have a browse through.
