Help me find a thread - travel game with rice soldiers.

As the title says basically, I remember a thread from a while back where someone was making little games to pack into a small box. They had made napoleonic (?) soldiers from painted rice and had some scenery and a mat in there aswell.
If anyone knows the thread or can at least tell me who made it i'd be eternally greatful!
