Those figures have a lot of character.  Excellent paint job and weathering.

Great stuff, I like your colour choices, they always seem to work very well.

Keep them coming.

It's always nice to see some Squats turn up... especially when they are as nicely painted as these ones :) . Great work :) .

Thanks all! Still working on the 40K Adventurers and Inquisition project. I got a bit behind but hope to catch up and finish off the range by Jan. 1.

The latest entry on my back-and-forth Inquisition project (painting the oldest, then the most recent, working toward the center) is a Rogue Trader era generic Inquisitor. He came in a pack of three. I was not a huge fan of this guy back in the olden days, but he grew on me as I was painting him.

a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

Some amazing updates here recently but that Inquisitor is just brilliant.
I always liked the slightly awkward 'busy' look of this figure.

Very nice.  I like the old Inquisitor's normal human size.  Not like it is now...

True, Inquisitors have gotten pretty bulky and tall :)

Every year, the community painting project 'Orctober' (Orktober for we 40k players :) ) passes me by. This year I decided to make sure I sneaked one in, and since I no longer have any unpainted vintage orks I went with an oldhammer inspired Ork Renegade from Knightmare Miniatures.

Having got behind on my 40K Adventurers project, I made up for it a bit this month and knocked out four more of the range.

The first group is the three most down-and-out of the set- the Hive Worlder, Hero, and Ex-Tech. All look like they have been through the ringer. I imagine them as stranded spacefarers or perhaps crew that resisted a mutiny and were marooned. I also painted the 'Bandit' from the Adventurer's range. Followers of the project have probably noticed that the Talisman Timescape range usually has a very close match to a figure from the Adventurers range. To me anyway, the Bandit bears a resemblance to the Archaeologist, so I painted him up at the same time.

The latest Inquisitor, Solomon Lok and retinue from Forge World. I used a decal on the servo-skull.

Very nice.  Nice trim on the cowl.  The decal on the servo skull looks great.  Where did you get that?

Great to see those Adventurers getting such great paint jobs, especially as you are almost ready to unveil a complete set!

Lovely painting.

As we slide into almost lockdown, the flying toilet roll dispenser is very timely.

Thanks all!

The decal came from this Kickstarter:

I have to admit I never thought that, and cannot unsee it now...  lol
