I added a new member to the Tau kill team- a Wargames Atlantic lizardman with some conversion work to bring him into "The Greater Good".

The whole thread is beautiful, but this model caught my eye - absolutely fantastic!  :-*

Very well done.

Splendid - was it fairly easy (for cack handed people like me) to modify that Wargames Atlantic lizard man?

I was actually shocked to be reminded that Inquisitor model dates all the way back to 2003 - getting old when models I consider new(ish) are 18 years old. It's like discovering your friends' kids have just finished a Masters degree...

Haha, no kidding. I look at the dates and think "That has been in my collection THAT long?"

Thanks! I thought it was a pretty quick and easy one, the lizard's hands are about the same size as the Tau, didn't require much trimming to get to fit in place. I should check to see compatibility with the Kroot arms.

Great colorful skin on the lizardman.  No bland green lizardman in the dark future.

Here's a few shots of a miniature and box diorama I made for a 28mag challenge, the "Downtrodden" of the 41st millennium. I have a little narrative to go along with it on my blog.

That is a lovely diorama and fits the theme well.  28mag is home to a lot of superb modelling and artwork.

I think I have run out of superlative with this thread.

This really does tell the story of the Imperium. Maybe not how it got there, but certainly what it has become.

This is really fantastic. In the moment I read a 40K Novel and your work feels absolutely like a part of 40K novels. Thanks for sharing.
