Superb - the RT inquisitors are still a cool bunch, I am happy to own just a couple of them.
And that kiosk is fantastic!  :-*

Thanks everybody :)

Here's a "Trench Shrine" that I won as a prize for placing first in an Instagram contest several months ago (it arrived unpainted and I just got it painted recently). Kind of odd painting someone else's build, but I really enjoyed working on it. Lots of neat details!

A few more pics on the ole'blog.

a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

Thanks! I actually didn't really know much about trench art until I did some research for this paintjob. I had no idea that they made artillery shells as big as they did  :o

Is that gold foil on the central ‘bullet’?

No, just a weirdly bright yellow :)
I think the camera freaked out on that light spot considering how dark and gloomy the scene was :)

That's an awesome scene. It certainly is an inspired build, but the paintjob is what sets it apart even more! 8)

And is that guy on the right actually opening a bottle?  lol

Very nice, and definitely fits the grimdark setting well.  Just the kind of crazy thing I'd expect out of the Imperium.

Thanks all :)

And is that guy on the right actually opening a bottle?  lol

Yes, at least that what I interpreted it as! I did a little cleanup on the implement he was holding to make sure it 'read' as a bottle opener :)
