It's made by Mirliton now - https://www.mirliton.it/nightmares/spawn-horror-nm001  Not sure where you are in the world so if postage would be a cost too far?

It's a big beast - when I have some suitable human-figures I'll try and take another photo for scale.  It's on a 50mm base and is around 80mm tall to the top of its...appendage.
