Thank you. As the core of the project are the excellent prepainted figures from K&C, I can focus on small conversions and modifications and selected additions from Lemax conversions, so it’s not a time consuming project that I can do on the side. Except big items like the coach of course which took some more time.

Glad to see you back !  The carriage is magnificent, worthy indeed of the King.  And the Comte de Treville is wonderful.

Seems that I missed an update or two...

Cracking additions, especially the coach, the work you put into it certainly paid dividends.

Thank you for the comments. I have a few more figures undercoated awaiting their turn to be painted. As well as a few extra K&C ones awaiting to be photographed.

With all my hobby stuff still packed in boxes after our house move and waiting a few months until the installation of some custom cabinets in what will be my first dedicated hobbyroom (not to mention a baby due in a couple weeks), I can't do much beyond planning.

So I'd like to garner some opinions. I think the following figure could be included in the project as a gypsy (might add some circular bracelets and such to her). Do you agree or is it too far out? It's a webstore picture as I haven't bought one yet.

She's actually a Mexican originally.

You HAVE to buy her & bedeck her with bangles etc.
There must be an 'O' gauge Gipsy caravan kit out there somewhere.

I hadn't thought that far ahead. Maybe I can scratchbuild one on top of another lemax wagon model.

EDIT: this one might be a good candidate to donate the base:

Try this one.

From what I can see, those are 1/48 scale and my project is in ~1/28 (~65mm) scale.
