OGAM Poseidon versus Hermes
« on: July 25, 2017, 07:56:40 PM »
My son and I dug out the Greek toys for a game of OGAM.
Much hilarity ensued

Brilliant!
This makes me even more eager to actually get a game of OGAM in very soon.

Well, just a God to get finished and I am good to go, so not long now.

We played our first game (or two) without gods, just to get familiar with the mechanics. It's pretty vanilla like that - the interaction between gods and mortals especially is what makes the game  - but if you've not played a "Song of..." type game before then Gods in your first game might make for a pretty steep learning curve.

That sounds like sensible advice.
Both myself and Legionnaire Bert have our forces done (Greek and Norse) apart from the Gods.
I shall suggest trying out the system without divine intervention.
Thanks!
