Rearguard at Dalian - an RJW battle using BBB
« on: August 01, 2017, 03:11:00 PM »
We've started working our way through Charles Grant's Scenarios for Wargames in a narrative style campaign based on the Liaodong Peninsula during the Russo-Japanese War

The latest battle is a rearguard action at Dalian fought with 10mm Pendraken figures and Bloody Big Battles

The AAR is on my bloghttp://twomarshals.blogspot.co.uk/2017/08/rearguard-at-dalian-1904-rjw-using.html

Tough day for the Russians. Thanks for the AAR.
And the glorious general led the advance
With a glorious swish of his sword and his lance
And a glorious clank of his tin-plated pants. - Dr. Seuss

In the 'Age of the Big Battalions', the battalions don't come much bigger than in the Russo-Japanese War! Great to see this on the table. Well done for translating Charles Grant's scenario so successfully and making it such a tight and exciting game!
