Sounds good, although I can probably only get about six to stay below the customs threshold. I also hope you are able to restock the Thor and Odin 1" fighters. I missed those before they sold out. The Sabre is a cracking looking retro ship.
Yeah, the customs threshold is what stops me ordering any. Here in Denmark, its even lower than in the UK.

Great looking ships as Ive said before, would love to get my hands on some.

It sure does! I don't mind the customs so much as the 'handling fee' (aka extortion) for being allowed to pay the customs.

hmm, well how does customs thresholds work?  Is it based on order value from an invoice?

What if I label it samples  :) with value of $1.

New masters trickling in for wave II.

I had to redo some of the 1 inch ships as the metal was too thin on the initial pre-production ships.  These new prints should fix that.

I'll be working on the three inch capital ships next  :D

It is based on the value of the order (not inc. postage in the UK). Considerate
of you, but probably not a good idea. It probably breaks all sorts of laws in both countries. I'd rather just suck it up and keep an order under £15.

I particularly like the one inch ships in the top row. Count me in for some when ready!

Brent,

you're making 1 inch versions? OK. That rips it. How can we contribute to your delinquency? Sheldon has already agreed in principle that your original ships were worth supporting in some fashion, but 1-incher models are fully Silent Death compatible (and Terran Space is a really big place!)....  :D

Oh, and three incher big ships will make good Warhound (escort class) ships in Silent Death as well, so you've unwittingly added some more fuel to the fire... 8)

BWP, the obvious thing to do would be to do up stats for these minis in Silent Death, assuming that the deal with 2HW for their use in the 5150 setting isn't some kind of exclusive thing.  The more games a mini has an easy use in the better it will sell.

For that matter, Company B might consider talking to Brigade Models about integrating them with their Squadron Commander Reheat rules.  Probably a smaller exposure than Silent Death or 5150 (at least in the US) but still another good set of starfighter combat rules that wouldn't suffer for having more minis available.

You're telling me; I was just saying on TMP some of the retro-tending ones said 'Hard Vacuum' to me.

Whoops, I think I pulled a muscle.

Yeah it's based on th customs declaration. The value at which customs applies is around €3.

Frigate ship sketch. These would be in scale, so cast in resin with metal turrets, etc.  Probably 4 inches long.

And turrets:

Sadly this is not a company B project...as the rest of the guys don't do Sci-Fi gaming.  It's a personal exercise, the goal of which is to not have anything on the store over $5 US.  Though the capital ships may break that if I try and make them fancy!

Stat cards, yes.  In time...I'm currently illustrating the 5150 cards.  More than happy to do the Silent Death ones if someone has a base set I can go from.

I'm, waiting for the masters for the X-15 and Sabre in both 2inch and 1inch this week.  Then all 25 of the fighter ships are off to casting  :D

Why don't you have the capitol ships in two sections, Engines and front half?  The join would be your pour point and customers can mix and match their $5 ship halves.

Ah...a good idea.  Modular ship hulls.  I'll need to start reworking the ships to take advantage of that.
