Wow!  Love the African fleshtones. They are very smooth. Mind sharing your skin recipe?

Beautiful... what a great encounter for a pulp adventure...

Will the explorers get thrown into the stew pot? :o

Alex what is Plaka brown... is Plaka a brand name of paints?  I have never heard of them.  Where can they be obtained?  I can't find them listed anywhere here in the USA.

I am in need of painting similar fleshtones and yours are so well done! :)

This is looking very impressive. have you thought about a step by step tutorial to illustrate how to paint africans?

True artistes do not lower themselves to writing common tutorials. It sullies their work. Insted they have a gaggle of critics and art historians following in their wake producing innumeral guides and treaties like "Light on Darkest Africa: the art of P. Witchheimer revealed"

OK, I'm a little late to this conversation - but WOW.  I love that figure, and I love that paintjob.  Wonderful, wonderful work.

OMG!

 :o  :-*

All, choice of miniatures, composition and painting makes this a real piece of art.

Now, I'll scuttle and hide in shame under my bed, as I'll never paint to such standard.
I know you're too old to play with toy soldiers. So give them to me... NOW!

A great figure.
Have had this guy in my lead pile for a number of years.
Maybe some day, or (year) lol I will get him painted.
Also thanks for showing off the finely painted one, love him.
