Did Copplestone sculpt the Oathmark halflings?

I see a lot of similarities in style between those halflings and what Copplestone Castings makes (and at Grenadier?).  Does anyone know if Mr. Copplestone himself sculpted the Oathmark ones?

Yes, I believe they are the ones from Copplestone Castings bundled into different units.

Makes sense since Northstar do all the distribution for CC.
