Copplestone continuing HLBS dinos
« on: March 25, 2009, 08:50:20 PM »
From newsmail today:

DINOSAURS

We`ll have a new range of smaller dinosaurs and maybe a few big ones (taken over from HLBS) - most of the old range will be discontinued.

Oh? Well, good news for most of the HLBSC line.

That must be why they've stopped selling their old Terror Bird though. Its a shame that Copplestone are going to stop selling their own dinos, I would have thought there would be room enough for both lines.

And Tiger look to have picked up some of the other 28mm stuff as well. Good news.

Yes agreed, unusual in that both ranges were sculpted by Richard at HLBSC I believe, so would be compatible.

This is all good news. I wonder (seriously) how much he's going to be asking for the Great White North Range and the WW1 stuff.
Does anybody know? Rough ballpark?

Plus this new Pulp goodness from Copplestone:

Quote
We'll have 3 new highly-detailed resin room sets - a Medical Examination Room, a general-purpose Laboratory, a Hi-Tech Lab as well as a couple of openable Bio-Hazard Doors. Good for all kinds of near-future, SF or modern-horror settings.

Lovely stuff!

Had an email from Richard at HLBS, because of the site being down he's extended 28mm availability for two weeks, so it's a good chance to pick up any bits that might not have been picked up by Copplestone, Tiger etc. Site is up and running again.
