I believe TS-9 is probably ok as a starting point. The PSC British Armour green is good & vague enough that it could pass (once shading & highlights are added), but I don't know of a rattlecan with the 'right' colour (which, early war, could also be Khaki Green No.3 or Dark Green No.4). If you've got an airbrush, Mig Ammo do a good KG3 - you can apply it with a brush, but it will require a couple of coats.
For a Bronze Green Primer, there's the Vallejo 607 UK Bronze Green, their primers give pretty good coverage, even when brushed on.
Mike Starmer's MAFVA site is useful, but unfortunately is limited paint-recommendation wise to enamels.
