Goblin Pirate help
« on: May 27, 2017, 08:31:31 PM »
Okay,

Last month I went to Adepticon in Chicago. Badger Games was there as a  vendor.
They had a number of packs of Goblin pirates. I bought a pack and after I got home decided
that I wanted more. However, you just can't contact Badger Games. They don't respond to any
form of contact. Nor do they have a website. Just Facebook with no way to buy from that site either.
So, the code on the pack is EMGP007 (Goblin Pirate Blunderbuss). I am thinking maybe EMG stands for a different
company and that Badger Games just stocks them? If so, help me out. Is this another company?
Anyone know how to reach badger Games or a convention that may be at?

Thanks

I'd recommend just asking them on Facebook, if you have an account. If not, see if someone else with an account can ask on your behalf. The tendency of newer companies to run principally if not entirely off a Facebook page rather than a proper website is pretty annoying, but I imagine it's easier and cheaper for them.

Thanks guys.
I have left messages with them on Facebook.
I also have called and left a message. TMP and
LAF searches have shown that this is their problem.
They do not contact anyone. No one can find a way to speak with them.

I find this so strange. You have a business. You have figures to sell.
But you have no way that a person can purchase them.
The frustrating thing is that, by their phone number, the company
is based in Milwaukee. I Live in Milwaukee!!!

Keep us posted of your success (and pictures of the goblins would be nice too?  ;) )

The site is nearly complete. As many of you know, this has taken longer than we anticipated or wanted. There are two main resons for this.
First, we decided to "Go big or go home!" That is, we decided to make ourselves a destination shop...especially for the US customers. And what I mean by that is there are a lot of great ranges out there not easily available in the US. With this site, that will change. You will have easier access to a lot of the ranges you did not before. But, it is a lot...and I mean a lot...of codes to enter.
Second, and important to you (and us), our ranges (to all customers in the US and without). We have a lot of product that has been off the market (either because we didn't have a site or because the ranges that we bought had been taken off the market.) We will return them to the market. This includes great ranges like the Regiment Games Drantakh, the Obelisk Darkest Africa, Bear's Den and many more. We want to properly represent them and let you know what you are getting. So, we cleaned, ink-washed and professionally photographed them (below are a couple of samples of said photos). That, again with the time to enter the product codes and inventory it all, has taken time.
We are hopeful that the finished product will offset the inconvenience of said wait. And, as we are on schedule, the wait will be measured in weeks. Thank you for your patience.
Ben

I must reply here too. I did make contact with Badger Games and what a great bunch of fellows.
Super nice to work with. They have some great lines of figures coming up soon including carrying
Foundry, Foundry paints and Bronze Age to mention a few. I am really looking forward to their webpage.
I was able to buy my Goblins plus some Dwarf and Orc pirates as well as some John Carter figures done
by Bronze Age. Badger Games figures are really nice. I will be giving them more of my business!
