Hi there
I was wondering if anyone had any idea of how a Belgian platoon was organised in 1918? I'm going to have a go at converting some for use in Through the Mud and Blood (and this new Great War Chain of Command), but my googling for the answer has brought me no luck. I think I might have read somewhere that they followed French practice, although it seems that a lot of armies platoon structures went out of the window in 1918 with losses, plus the change away from trench warfare (ditching some of the rifle grenadiers, etc). Perhaps the Belgians did likewise...
If any one knows the answer, or can point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful.
Cheers
Adam
