AAR: Rugenwald 1630, a Pikeman's Lament game
« on: August 30, 2017, 10:02:58 PM »
I've posted a battle report on my blog from a game of Pikeman's Lament.
https://northern-wargaming.blogspot.se/2017/08/aar-rivalry-at-rugenwald-1630-thirty.html?m=1
It has a lot of pictures in it... :-) But with Photobucket dead, is there an easy way to upload some pictures here in the thread?

Nice  report. Great figures and terrain. Did you use the officer rules? That's my favorite part of the game. Can't wait to see more.

Lovely figures and terrain as has already been said.  Even though it was a straight up fight scenario, I like the fact the forces were different in composition, one side strong in cavalry and the other strong in shot.
I am going to build a wargames army, a big beautiful wargames army, and Mexico is going to pay for it.

Thank you all for your kind comments!
We didn't create any specific officers for this game but did use the officer +1 activation bonus.
And l'll look into Flickr.

Quite easy to copy the image adress directly from blogger, (right click over the blogger image)

I tend to adjust it by changing the s280 to s800 to scale it up for forums

Condensed and comprehensive AAR, beautiful figures and terrain!
I like very much your camera's lens, it gives very interesting field depth!
All well done, congrats!
