Fantasy NPC's

I've been asking for mugshots of followers of my Bears Head Miniatures Facebook page. Im then using those pics to make miniatures with. The Dwarf watchman here is the first of these. With a tavern joker. I'll be expanding the NPC's using the mugshots I have. So I'll post more here as they come along. Then I'll look to Kickstart them later, once I have a good clutch, plus any other fantasy sculpts I have completed.

I'll have to ask permission first, from the participants. The joker fellow, I used a British comedian from the seventies as a model. He has a wicked laugh, I wasn't sure what role to give him, but then thought a tavern group would be cool.

Ooh, a clue! Sid James? A bawdy drinking party of Carry On actors would make a fine sight, and one that would tempt my wallet, even if they're slightly bigger than most of my collection.
