Anyone playing Dracula's America?

I just got this at Gen Con.  Seems like a pretty solid game; I like the simplicity of the fact there's ONE stat you have to keep up with. 

I was wondering if there's actually anyone playing it?  We have a decent group for Frostgrave, but I get odd looks when I mention Dracula's America.  I'm also a bit concerned that the game may be less tactically rich if you're not going to play the Dracula's America factions, but just go with the basic characters.

So has anyone started playing this in your groups?  What has your take been on it?  Where are you buying your miniatures?
