Thanks chaps
These look great. Artizan figures have a great style, not to everyone's liking I know

They are very nice to paint :)

We have been playing a lot of Bolt Action lately and me and Romark decided to do a winter game for this Xmas. I have however recently played Chain of Command and really enjoyed it and I will definitley be playing it again.

Lovely work...squad composition...basing and the paint job....all simply top-notch!

Personally I am a huge fan of the Artizan miniatures ....and not just their WW2!
Now listen to me you benighted muckers. We're going to teach you soldiering. The world's noblest profession. When we're done with you, you'll be able to slaughter your enemies like civilized men.

Thank you and nice to meet another Artizan fan

Thanks Dirk, it's an infantry game but I have toyed with the idea of adding possibly one tank.
I bought a ready painted Sherman from Warlord Games (won't be doing that again in a hurry :?)
Painting vehicles as opposed to figures is a whole different ball game and a skill I will have to try to learn, but after this reinforced platoon is finished I've promised myself some terrain making  :)

Nice work on those. I'm another fan of Artizan and you've really done them justice.

I love to paint the Artizan-Stuff. It works well. Hope he will do some more WW2 or MarcOrDie, but in the moment it doesn't seems so.

My platoon of SS Panzergrenadiers is formed around a core provided by the Warlord Games boxed set (Panzergrenadiers not the new Waffen SS-specific set) but the command (platoon and two squads) and most of the support options for Chain of Command are Artizan.

Strong and durable figures, full of character without being cartoony in any way. My basic (no support options as yet) Russian Rifle platoon is entirely Artizan .....not that i'm a fanboy you understand  ;D

Well another 10 Warlord figures done, this gives me a total of 30 figures so far. The core of my force will be three 12 man squads and two 3 man command squads, so I have another 12 figures to do before I get to that strength.
