Reaping the Whirlwind...

Many moons ago when Triples was still at the Octogen the Sheffield Wargames Society ran a participation game. It was based on Bomber Command attacking a German target, said target getting bombed by velcro cookies onto a fluffy dartboard! Does anyone remember it, even better recall the rules? My kids loved it and I'd really like to resurrect the game if possible for our grandkids... can anyone help please?
