While at the WH Smiths memorial library at lunchtime I saw the Blocks magazine (Lego magazine) had a special The Walking Dead feature with scenes from the comics done in black, white and grey blocks and specially finished figures.

Great idea. I loved the comics, and never got hooked on the TV series, so it's only natural I like these.

I remember that years ago, there was somebody here who made an entire table with paper cut-outs, all in black and white (with some bright red details). It looked awesome and had a lot of character. Sadly, I can't remember the name of either the thread or the poster.

It was really cartoony, but it might provide some inspiration...
