Well, the models have been released any way:

Rules and background are supposedly on the way in the near future. I think this line could have a lot of potential for massive games.

Good luck to them.  I always respect companies willing to brave the waters of not-popular scales.  Vanguard puts out nice stuff for the 6mm crowd --- 3mm is a bit crazy.

Interesting stuff, I don;t really do sci fi but with this 3mm goodness I would be very tempted. :)

There are now rules. They seem pretty functional, being quick play, with full rules apparently to follow:
