German recce platoon
« on: April 07, 2009, 09:29:46 AM »
I painted three additional Sdkfz250 ( 2x250/9 and 1x250/1) in order to have a armored recce platoon with two spähtruppen. The vehicles are Bolt Action Miniatures.

That's a very cool collection of half-tracks you have there Olivier.  I hope to have something similar completed some day.

Hi Olivier, really lovely work an one of my favourite units.

Did you convert known figures for the crew member to fit inside the turret of the 250/9s? Because they look the part looking for Jabos etc.

Best wishes,

These are 2 bailed out crewmen from BAM. I only kept the upper part of the figures

nice as usual...

just a question... how you realize that nice background in the lcose up shot? It is much much better  than the green field on the "family" err Platoon group to make details standing out.
