Well Khurasan Miniatures had teased with Figures for both side sculpted, that was a few years ago.

Rebel Minis Earth Force would make for good Marines stand ins, http://www.rebelminis.com/eafomain.html

Has anyone ever given the 18-20mm tall Yandrassi (Tavshar?) a look, for potential Chigs?  Seen here in the center:

The Khurasan 'Not-Chigs' won't be making it into production reputedly due to TM issues.

Sadly nothing comes to mind that resembles the Chigs to my mind.
