Excellent conversions. Don't think I would have ever looked at Koreans and thought to make them into peons or pirates.

to finalize the conversion, this is the last of the korean i made. That's one missing from the command group, with the shield.

By now, the shield is cut off (with modeling saw and cutter). I mask this cut with a pancho, cut off the korean sword and add a redoubt shovel.

At last,  finished at the moment, but i have to work on my shooting with camera. It's doesnt give my paint work a good appearence ;

You inspired me!   I have been ordering all sorts of near nekkid Germanics, and lowly clad ancients to try some conversions in 15mm. 

(Many, many figures will work to become various Sudanese and mexican peasants, I think)


I don't have your skills, but your ideas are so good, I can't go wrong. 

(besides, as I'm also doing   15mm zombies, any ones I convert  badly with can always be buthcered up and thrown in the zombie pile, right?)
