The Haunted Dungeon - a Solo Pulp Alley AAR - Chp. 1

So I finally finished off my TTCombat Deluxe Dungeon just before Christmas (having actually put it together in August, I've just had it stacked up with a basecoat while my attention wondered to other - more pulpy - projects) and was keen to put it to use. One of the Pulp Alley Tomb of the Serpent campaign scenarios lent itself well to the terrain - I could re-arrange my dungeon blocks to fairly closely match the Haunted Hall laid out in the original scenario.

A quick bit of character creation formed a standard cosmopolitan adventuring group, and away I went.

Superb stuff very inspiring, I like PA for fantasy  subjects also the solo deck is  fantastic.

Thanks, Shadowking! I love the Pulp Alley rules. Their solo-play system manages to be both simple and enjoyable (as enjoyable as a game can be without the camaraderie of a fellow gamer), and their so versatile that all I had to do here to adapt it to a fantasy setting was rename the character abilities (which the rule book actively encourages) and plot descriptions.

what the material you use for the dungeon floors / walls?

... erm, apart from your saying it was the TTG deluxe set in the first sentence of your post .... (sorry!   )
so let me ask how you got the stone effect on the kit - is it a texture spray paint or ... ?

It was this textured spray paint on a black undercoat. The whole can just about stretched to cover the entire dungeon, and the black undercoat meant that when the spray started thinning it didn't ruin the effect - there are simply some slightly darker walls and floors than others.
