The Department miniatures?
« on: August 29, 2018, 12:15:14 AM »
Is anyone producing this line of minis anymore? 15mm, iirc and really cool. I'm thinking about things...

I did, although I only painted three of them and traded the rest away.  Nice minis, but very slim.  The Bryant miniatures is amazing!

Clarified my OP. Wondered if anyone still made them, picked up the line to produce. Thanks!

I think I may have got some of the last minis produces.  I think the sculpture was picked up by a larger company.

You created the magnificent department line? Awesome work. I have been looking for them for ages on ebay and in forums (since I missed the opportunity to buy them regularly).

If you someday find another set, I would be very interested!

Ack, maybe I should read the question twice before I respond.

I did not produce the miniatures, just commenting on what I thought about them.  Sorry for the confusion.

I bought them as they were closing down, the sculptor said I was getting some of the last sets.

They are nice but quite slim.  I found the fabricants difficult to paint.  I was really after Deckard in 15mm.

4 color figures stills sells the rule book I think.

Nevermind! We all just thought we had hit the jackpot lol
I am also very much interested in the 15mm Deckard.

There seems to be a few 28mm Deckards but no 15mm ones.

The sculptors name is Tom Mason and he is selling miniatures on Facebook.  maybe he is willing to sell them.

I found Deckard:

Does anOne know what happened to the line? It says the minis were produced by effigy miniatures. I would also be interested in the follow up KS "Ghosts of Hefei".

Look up Tom Mason miniature sculpture on Facebook.  He quit producing the miniatures but may still have a box somewhere.  He was easy to deal with a few years ago.
