This is a bit of a double post, but have been posting this in fantasy section- and realised some of you may not pop by there at all if you prefer your buckles swashed or your pirates boney.

Its a small to large skirmish system that was designed to still be playable if your drunk.  No mental arithmetic, no holding numbers in your head, no look up tables.  Fights range all over- with duels moving up and down the table, fighters trading places and loosing ground- angles and placement is critical so very good for swashbuckling strategy.
