hold on ... 'otherworld artifacts' ... the company that used to advertise their 'dental plaster' scenics in the early White Dwarfs (at least here in the UK ...)?

my goodness.

Yes, I believe so. And very cool that you recognized the name!   I knew a guy who was part owner of their US licensee, “The Dwarven Stonecutter”. And when the US operation folded, he brought home several dozen boxes full of left over product.  Then about 5-6 years ago, he was cleaning out his garage and I inherited a few boxes of the stuff.  Sadly, this was the only head statue that was there... :'(

Thanks, guys!   I'm glad you all are continuing to enjoy these.   I sometime worry that folks have gone tired of them.

Hello all,

Here is Skorri's report of the Blood Totem scenario.  It is several weeks late.  Fortrwyn's report is posted up above.

Hope you enjoy the read.

Great to see Knabe get his excellent report from June's game posted, and not a moment too soon.  Because it's time for the July game's post! :)

I hope you enjoy!

"...Gracefully leaping up, and holding her sword with two hands Meriwyn dove at her ghostly opponent. With satisfaction she watched the shocked look on the spirit's translucent glowing face as her sword plunged down into its body. It was just a split second later that she realized the awful truth; the Spirit Warrior's weapon had also found it's mark..."

my favourite write-up / game so far I think.

the islands lay-out certainly looks great - and comes across as a great game in your narrative.

love the small touches in terms of the writing - Fortrywn sadly pondering the loss of his crewmember Gwyn - not over done, but enough to be 'involving' and characterful.

Wow, thanks, Bloggard!    I am so glad to hear you like what I'm doing with the narratives.  As a writer, I come to really care about some of the characters, so when I hear others appreciate the little memories and call backs I do, I really appreciate it.   I don't usually get a lot of feedback, so it's always good to hear when folks tell me they enjoy my reports.

Thank you, LiamFrostFrog!  Like I said to Bloggard above, feedback like you guys give is always appreciated as it lets  me (and I'm sure Knabe too) know if what we're doing is worth while.
