20mm or 1/72 Cowboy mini needed...
« on: January 22, 2018, 01:19:39 PM »
Oh wise and merciful LAF....I need a favour...

A collegue and I have got a trophy to make for a chap who is retiring.  He's worked on Chinooks and Tornado aircraft (bear with me!)  We are going to make a Chinny with an underslung Tonka but I had an idea...

Major Kong fomr Dr Strangelove riding the tonka...

Therefore I figured a cowboy might make a good basis to start with.

Needs to be 20mm or 1/72 or as close as if possible

Any ideas?!  I promise to post pics if it works out...

Cheers
Rich

There was an old Airfix cowboy waving his hat in the air see: http://www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Review.aspx?id=27

Though I am sure you could find a better quality metal miniature that could be converted.

depending on your budget you might be able to commission one .:)
never trust a horse, they make a commitment to shoes that no animal should make.

I can`t find pictures but might be worth scanning newline design in their ACW range. Qualiticast used to have wild west but think they are defunct. SHQ do too I think
