I am sorry to bring this thread back after so long, but I am wondering if those hardsuits have been picked up by anyone or if there are 28mm suits that have that MaK/Hardsuit aesthetic around.

I really like them. What is the present state, now that the dust has settled for a few years?

I contacted the artist of the design a couple years ago- he indicated that the design rights were no longer his. There was a manufacturer- with the resources- that was interested at the time.

Not sure about the designer behind the actual 3D models, maybe he has released them or could be convinced to. I can't recall his name.

Too bad because I liked the look of those things.

Tony is a terrible human, no two ways about it. He could have released the files (and should have, or been forced to) but didn't- out of spite. From my point of view the entire team that launched the KS were involved in a clear cut case of fraud because they represented the company in an entirely untruthful way upon KS launch.

I could be wrong but wasn't it the same artist that was behind the Antenociti hardsuits?

Might be more worthwhile asking them if theirs will be up for order again.

I loved those Komodo suits. I wish they were for sale again.

I would like to see some 28mm MaK-inspired hardsuits, especially with optional hardpoints and legs that look right instead of looking too short.

Defiance and Antenociti had such good examples. The Defiance ones were almost perfect - I would have liked to see slightly larger feet so it doesn't look like it will fall over.

There is a very slight possibility of Antenociti bringing the Governance of Technology infantry back at some point since they've started releasing vehicles in that line again. Although it might violate their "Designed for Infinity" contract with Corvus Belli -- with the obvious caveat that I'm not privy to the contents or duration of the said contract.

To me, MAK suits were very much more weird war catogory anyway. Always preferred the Antenociti ones in terms of sci fi.
