How DO you do it?

Thanks. It's a pretty detailed miniature actually, so washes and drybrushing work nicely.

The base is simply grey freehand on black undercoat, various washes, then choice points in light grey, and highlighting corners to almost white. Some marmoresque lines in lighter colour here and there. I practiced this with the two skellies further above.
