For the Ambassador I,d look in the Foundry Baluchi swordsmen range . Trim the beard and add a green stuff cloak , perhaps.

Otherwise Grippng Beast had a ”Ben Youssef” miniature that is almost identical to what you ate looking for, cannot find it on their webpage though
