Thanks chaps  :)

Got the dish done in time for the game (report of which when I edit the photos) and finished weathering the actual tower which needed to be done for over a year  lol

The TIE is Bandai 1:72 and the AT-ST is Bandai 1:48, figures are WOTC 28mm bendies.

Fortunately, the gun portion had a lug with a corresponding hole in the tower that the dish support fit into out of pure luck so there was no faffing around needed  :)

I bet the cat  is looking for its dinner plate.

It’s actually a left over vacform from a model of the Millennium Dome I worked on years ago  :)
cheers

James

Awesome!  8)

That tower is a mad piece of terrain at this scale, but it sure looks the part. It's size really becomes apparent with the AT-ST next to it lol

And I really like the multi-functionality of it, now there is a radar (or communications?) dish to replace the turret. Either will make for a great objective to fight over.

I take it the X-Wing is 1/48 also?
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Lovely pieces of terrain. :-* :-*
That multi-use tower is great.
I must do that to my 15mm SW stuff. :)

Top drawer, mate.
 8) 8)

That certainly is big. Bibbly Scale, I guess.
Be careful as it may give some of your group a complex, towering over them like that.
 ;) ;D

Cheers fellas  :)

I take it the X-Wing is 1/48 also?

1:72, same as the TIE. All the Bandai fighters are 1:72. I really wish they were 1:48 or 56 but they'll do  :)
