It blew up into a billion pieces but somehow stayed in tact!
The pieces look great, More places for the cannibal teddies to hide!

Well, if you watch the explosion in RotJ you can see part of the disc spinning away. Admittedly, it should’ve suffered a bit more falling onto Endor but let’s be honest, it’s cool  :D
cheers

Cheers fella  :)

Well, I caved and got D+ and have watched the three episodes available for The Mandalorian (it’s being released weekly here).

It’s aces!  :D

Going to have a go at some Navarro style terrain. Not lava but the same sort of colours and dusty feel. I’ve got a sample rock outcropping done and will be working on some buildings shortly (potentially for casting and release). Fortunately the colours are the same as my Limehouse boards so I don't have to make any new ones  :)

Jim,
They look very good. :-*

How did you do them? Is it just pink foam carved?
It looks really like a rocky outcrop.

Thanks Mick  8)

Yes, just blue/pink foam carved up with a long bladed knife. For the others I'll embed them into the ground work a bit more and add lots of smaller bits around the bottom.

I blocked out a building and got a quick coat of paint on it. There’s still a door to do and some wall gubbins. It’s castable and when the door and gubbins are done I’ll stick them in mould boxes  :)

I probably won’t be doing anything fancy with the interior, probably just a textured floor (tread plate or some such). The gubbins you see are from my own collection and are just for these quick shots.

Yeah, just a simple one though. No need for anything extravagant.

All done and I'll be making the mould boxes today  :)

The 'parts' are separate and will come with the building but will also be available separately.

That is a bit good, mate.

Good idea with making the parts available separately too as they could be used just about anywhere.
