Great work as usual. The blocky shape, in combination with the right paint job and context suddenly make it work completely in a SW environment.

...Blu-tack and a rattle cans  :)

Interesting. In the pictures, the edges still look a bit blended. Do you then work on those by hand, feathering them into another?
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

Thanks  :) Yes, eventually (or another forested planet when all the Endor options have been exhausted).

Interesting. In the pictures, the edges still look a bit blended. Do you then work on those by hand, feathering them into another?

Cheers  :) The blu tack was still in a sausage when stuck on and the rattle can was generally sprayed from straight overhead of each surface giving the slightly diffused look at the edges. Some aren’t like that but most are.

I like that, mate, it works really well in a SW setting.
Just the right feel to the design.

Cheers  :)

Got the vast majority of the ‘top deck’ done for the walker. Gonna have to have a play around with the crane and see what works best. The actual crane housing is removable so I can spray the deck piece separately.

I’m also going to scratch build the pilot seat and console. Not too happy with the prints I’ve got.

Man, that's a beast of a terrain piece (it's more than a model).

Must be getting heavy now?
Will the legs support it?

Silly boy, they’re on the top  ;D

It’s not too bad weight wise but it’ll need some weight adding to the back as that front leg doesn’t really support anything.

I bow to your greater knowledge of AT-AT physiology, bearing in mind that I have no idea how they feed their young.......
