I received an early copy of this game It's really well done. It remains simple but has tactical depth. You can also play it solo if you want to. I'm always curious about that. This one works as a solo game or a competitive game. Low model count, a true skirmish size.
A lot is packed into the 64 pages, which is impressive. Many of Osprey's games spend too much time rehashing familiar rules from other rule sets. This does not. I recommend it for anyone who likes modern or near-future skirmish and, of course, for any post-apocalypse fans. I'm a professional designer myself, so I'm fairly critical. This passes the smell test. Buy it.
