For King and Parliament - quick first try of rules

Hi Arlequin,

Yes it's important that the date of the end of the TtS! rules (and start of a version of the FK&P engine) is determined by changes in tactics and equipment, and I'm trying to get my head around when that should be, exactly.  Some time between 1569 (end of the Italian Wars) and 1618 (start of the TYW) most likely.  Needs some reading!

I'm sorry I've not come back on the WotR material you sent me- I'v been locked in preparations for Salute.  After Salute I'll get back on it!

No worries, I didn't check the usual one month attachment destruct date box. 

Personally I think 1569 might be a tad late, but another conversation for another day.
