Searching for help in WW1 in 15mm

Hello,

I am new to the forum, this happens to be my first post.  I am looking to build some armies of WW1 in 15mm.  The companies producing figures in 15mm are somewhat limited.  I have been unable to find a trench gun amongst the companies. I was hoping maybe someone would be able to send me in the right direction.

I am also looking at trenches in 15mm.  I have a few games in the colonial period as well as in WW1 which require trenches for both sides.  I have made a search on the forum.  I am looking for a tutorial to build it myself.

Any suggestion appreciated.

I dont game in 15mm but would think your best starting point is Peter Pig

Peter Pig are a good starter choice - although the website isn't fully illustrated :

It might be worth looking at Miniature Figurines too, they have quite a large selection but figures are not as animated as PP, although they do have plenty of equipment, but their website is notorious for poor illustrations :

For trenches, Ironclad Miniatures make some very nice pieces :

One point to note about them : the bottom of the trench looks quite wide, it is.
Deliberately so.
The design was made so that figure bases 30x30mm (for Peter Pig rules) or 50x30mm (for Flames of War rules) would fit in the trench. Many commercially made trench sections have quite narrow floors - better suited to single figures than bases.

Although not 15mm, the techniques could still apply.

I certainly second Peter Pig, and would like to add  Eureka Miniatures (Australians, Turks, Serbians, Austrains , Italians, Bulgarians)  which are totaly compatible.

I'd echo sentiments about Peter Pig - excellent figures and Martin is always extremely helpful. Check out their Yahoo Group for 'Rules For The Common Man' which is a good introduction for the figs http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/RFCM/
For my own period RCW in Mongolia I've used Peter Pig extensively, with additions by Minifigs and Irregular Miniatures.
