On a related note, I have to convert some 20mm British rifle grenadiers and I was wondering what type of grenades were used. I have a model with a roundish grenades (think modern style), but the Old Glory has a more cylindrical one (old school stick I believe). Which one is correct or were both use? If both any one have an idea on which was more common. Also, how long was the stick that protruded from the rifle barrel. When converting should the stick be apparent or should I just glue the grenade directly to the end of the rifle? Now that I'm thinking about it, how did the grenades travel. Did the grenadiers keep the grenades out of the rifle until the intended to fire or did they run, travel witht he grenades pre-loaded. I think this might be important since some of the models I'm planning to convert are in running poses, or at least not down on their knees poses! Thanks.
