SoTR updated?

Have  the core SoTR rules been updated and/or had errata? I grabbed the first version some time ago and there were so significant issues with them at that time.

 There was also a large-ish FAQ, also on the unfortunately down WW forum, but any large-scale rules re-write went south with the KS, though the 'Dossier X-01' supplement mentioned by Wolivant is nice & adds the Pacific Theatre forces that were promised.
