I've never seen that done before! Those ork heads work sooo well with the ogre bodies!

I have to say those orks looks better than any ogres Ive ever saw made from these bodies 
Although their nipples are disturbing.

The heads work better than the originals because they are smaller. GW made a mistake of giving the ogres too large heads, resulting in them looking more goofy than imposing...

I really like the ECW set. It’s a great entry, but those fat Giant Orcs...they’re a work of genius!

Ork/orc boyz heads on all but the big one with the banner. He has a Nob head. Some of the heads were converted quite a lot, others not at all. I think the one in the top left is the farthest from the original, while the one without a helmet has an unaltered ork mug. It's been a while, made them back in 2011 IIRC.

While I am always tempted to vote for Khartoum2 as my frenemy of LPL I have to say your entries are my favorites after Plynykes..

Cheers AWu! It's simple really: I'm that low on the leaderboard because I'm losing points for not having newly painted teams and not giving themed entries in themed rounds (that's 40 pts so far- it adds up). I'm not doing it right, so it's no surprise I'm not getting far. But that's ok, I simply don't have the capacity to do this properly this time. There are other projects with their own deadlines taking priority.

This highlights one lesson for people entering the competition - it is difficult to judge your painting if we can't see it.  The figures are too small and far away in the ECW brigade.  They look nice but it is difficult to tell.
