display and light up

as titled said..i would like to put on display and light up, as i 'll get more space empting of books   my Ikea Billy shelves plus i have an antiquarian book's cabinet, my miniatures..i saw that there is a good choice of cheap led lights..some even in adesive strips..of course i need a very simple solution..probably wireless  magnete type are the best solution as in the future i'll buy glass shelves to replace the wood ones..
- can you suggest me some cheap sufficiently powerful type , with magnete maybe..amazon, ali express ecc?
- are adesive stripes ok?
- which lenght and power?
