It never ceases to amaze me what people do with the figures they buy from me. It's truly amazing. The 20mm BAOR range is almost complete now, insofar as these things are ever complete and there's a Blowpipe SAM team en route and a medium mortar team too. Future plans include a company command team, MP's & gents with berets. Whilst I'm here there'll be more 20mm 32btn SADF & 28mm US Army in PASGT.
Empress Miniatures will be doing BAOR & Russian VDV in 28mm.
I've posted a few photo's below to show you what's coming soon BAOR wise. The 32btn SADF & WOMBAT packs are already available.
BAOR 9: Blowpipe SAM team
Resin sculpts: front right is the medium mortar team.
Regards,
Bill Weston.

Thanks ulverston, much appreciated.
Looking at them all on screen, I think I might put another green wash over the trousers, as they look a bit on the grey side.

Think I'm done with chopping up little 20mm blokes for now.

I love the consistency of your style
The conversions you do are inspirational to say the least

Thanks guys. I'm doing the usual spot the bits I missed when looking at the pictures; bloke in shorts has had the rather large bipod shortened.
Wasn't a masive amount of chopping on this lot; the rucksack came from a TQD WW2 Brit Para and cut off pretty cleanly. The rest was mainly removing the original model's webbing without too much damage, so I could reuse all the waterbottles and turn the kidney pouches into E&E pouches, the drop SLR pouches & pouches on the patrol vests are Apoxie Sculpt. The mesh parts are Green stuff ( the straps on the walking bloke with the GPMG came out a bit thick, I think because I didn't bother to file down the yoke he was sculpted with and just slapped the GS over the top). He also has a monster mold line on his head scarf, I'll attack that with a file next time...
I've ended up with ten of these, so may add another two to have three four man patrols each with a GPMG.

Some blokes obviously just don't feel the cold
Lovely mix of figures. I particularly like the bloke kneeling with the AR-15

Yes indeed, Mr 'Suns out guns out' laughs at the offer of a shirt!
I very nearly tried to GS some sleeves on that one, but would then have needed a collar etc and I'd already done the mesh bit, so managed to talk myself out of it, which was remarkably easy to do.
I quite like this figure as he has the weapon held left handed.
A couple of previous versions of the same figure:
