I'm very happy to say I chatted with Sally from Hasslefree last evening via email and they are still in operation. She apologized my order got misplaced and said she and Dameon would get it sorted. Happy to know I'll still be able to purchase from them!

That's terrific news.  Usually some of the best people to deal with so was very sorry to hear of the problems.  Really glad it's being sorted for you.
