Not sure how they will explain a black soldier serving along white soldiers in a very segregated war.But, it is just a fantasy story so whatever.
I had a more difficult time suspending my disbelief over the non-segregated unit, the colored paratrooper officer, the ridiculously short paratrooper training, the French woman able to handle a huge variety of small arms, and the glut of STG 44s than I did with actual zombies. No. Just no. I saw an article on the web telling that Overlord was linked to the Cloverfield movies… it said that these movies take places on several timeline on parallel universes… which might explain the non-segregated unit in 1944 on that particular universe… Can't a guy get some semblance of historical accuracy in his zombie movies!! SheeshIs it too much to ask!
