Saw these on Facebook. I must say this is an outstanding advert for Victrix - they should use your work on their page. Making me very tempted to get some myself, although I hardly need them - got 48 of the old plastic Gripping Beast vikings, who look outstandingly dated next to these!

Wow, that is high praise! Thank you!

They are very nice models, so much better than GB's offerings. A good solid kit as well, with lots of heads and all sorts of nice bits.

Just a small update, but I finished the first of three Fogou Models beehive huts. Really love these, great quality casts.

Added a little bit of detailing with some bits from Mantic and I believe Steve Barber.

Little Saturday morning hobbying. I've been thinking a while that the Curaidh models are the weakest of my Irish, and with the new Victrix I've been considering remaking them. I realized that I had a set of GW models with bare legs and feet so I did a bit of kitbashing and a little greenstuff. Heads from Warlord Games.

What do you think?

A thread of striking conversions and excellent paint jobs all in all! I really like the look of them and I am jealous of your ability with the greenstuff. I have never figured out how to work the stuff beyond filling in holes myself. Makes me all the more tempted to pick up a box of Victrix.

Thank you! Don't have too many tips for greenstuff other than practice. Sometimes it won't work out, but that's ok, especially when working with plastics.

A lot of great conversions in this thread! And nice showcase of the Victrix figs, definitely impressed with the quality there (and how you've used them too!) Keep up the good work!

Love it. Really characterful painting. Great stuff.

For some reason I'm really amused one of them has a little pot belly.  lol
